Greetings
My absence for over a year was for the purpose of doing inner healing. I was faced with having to make many changes, which included my relationship, letting go of my private practice, selling my home and leaving the many friends I had acquired in my community. Intellectually, I knew that this was designed to help me to go to a deeper level of trust. Trust in myself, trust in the universe, and trust in my soul’s journey.
Knowing this as my truth, still required me to take the time needed to move through the losses, to move through the darkness and back into the light, to arrive at a place of inner peace. I have a strong belief that the soul makes itself known in many ways, and calls to us through the events of our life, some of which are joyous and some which are devastating. I believe our work is to listen to the our deeper voice within especially when these events take place so we can discover the depth of who we are.
With time, and a strong belief in the process I reached a deeper level of trust and a stronger connection with my soul. I am ready to begin again. My recent personal experience brings a gift to the outer work I do, with the blog and the spiritual coaching. My goal is to help others move through the difficult and joyful events of their life with greater consciousness. I will share, as always, my experience with the inner process of healing my body, mind and spirit. With the hope that it will help others reach greater soul awareness.
I invite you to share your story of healing after a divorce or breakup or any events that have caused you to go deep within yourself and connect with your spiritual center. I believe we are all here to inspire each other to become the best that we can become and to know the truth of who we really are, the divine within all of us.
